Robert E. Pfister II

Rob attend the University of Wyoming College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001. He focused his areas of study toward real estate law. Rob then moved to Buffalo, WY with his family where he practiced law with a second-generation firm.

While practicing law, Rob realized he could utilize his strong ranching and law background, ambition and tireless work ethic to provide exceptional service to his clients and specialize in real estate transactions. He then co-founded his first ranch brokerage firm in 2002. His first real estate company began to evolve into a more traditional pyramid-structured brokerage that focused on the quantity of agents and listings instead of the personal quality of service. It was at this point that Rob realized that maintaining his personal autonomy was the only way he could expand his field of practice in both law and brokerage to function in a wider variety of practice areas.

In 2006, Rob founded Pfister Land Company, LLC with the goal to provide more professional, vertically integrated, diverse and specialized services to his clients. Licensed in 11 states, Rob’s qualifications as an accomplished ranch broker, Accredited Land Consultant, WY attorney and his upbringing on a farm and ranch quickly distinguished him from the competition and continue to allow him to occupy a space in this profession that none of his other competitors can fill. These perfectly dovetailed qualifications have made Rob an elite specialist in the real estate world.

Rob has an insatiable appetite for personal growth, leadership, civic involvement, and continuing education in specialized areas of real estate and law that keep him constantly expanding his reach. When Rob is not working, he’s with his two daughters Hannah and Morgan in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.
